On March 9th, 1964 Rosas Constructors, Ltd was born in Archives of Aveiro, with a capital stock of 8.978,36 €, and headquarters in S. Martinho, parish of Aguada de Cima.
Based on the experience of its founders, the company developed in a sustainable manner, following a strategy of a fair image of performance and accuracy in the business. In September of 2001 the company became a public limited company.
Rosas Construtores, SA continues, just like when it was founded, having construction and engineering jobs as its main activity, including construction and repairing of communication routes and infrastructures in and has as secondary activity the exploitation of quarries and clay pits.
Following a diversification of activities strategy, in 1995 Rosas Construtores, participated in the founding of company Rosas II, Investimentos Imobiliários, Lda., with the objective of building and selling buildings for housing and commerce. In 1999 it participated in the foundation of the company S4 – Comércio de Automóveis SA, the authorized dealer of Seat for the area of Estarreja, Ovar, Espinho, Albergaria. Also in that same year Rosas Construtores, participated in the establishment of Aenor with 2.7%, in Lusoscut with 3.3%, in hotel companies Hotti-Agueda Hotels, SA and Hotti-Aveiro Hotels, SA, both with 25% and also in new technologies, Vortal SA with 1.36%.
